Food/Drink Vendor Application

We welcome all food trucks that specialize in barbecue as their main food item to apply! Dessert and drink trucks may also apply! There will be a Best Brisket competition, retail vendors, karaoke, live music, and more!

Applications must be received no later than June 1, 2026. Food and drink truck space is LIMITED. Lancaster-based food vendors are prioritized.

Participating in our Best Brisket competition is optional but BBQ vendors are responsible for supplying their own brisket. Judging will take place at 5:30 PM so your samples will need to be submitted at that time. Please let us know if you will participate.
